	1974 Bristol 27 Sloop "SHADOWFAX" - Dinette Model Length 27' 2" Beam 8' Draft 4' Location: mooring at Glen Cove Yacht Club, Hempstead Harbor NY Roller-furling Genoa, working jib, full-batten Mainsail (2003), inboard 4 cyl. engine (gas), head, galley with sink and stove, 2 double and 1 single berths. Reconditioned propeller, new propeller shaft, dripless stuffing box, and cutlass bearing in 2004. New head on engine in 2005. Probably the only 27' boat with 6' standing headroom in the main cabin. Solidly-built, classic Carl Alberg lines - great sailer for all weathers. Comfortable for daysailing, weekend or longer cruising, and easy for single-handers. Sailed every year on L.I.
