Glen Cove Yacht Club has a mooring permit for a mooring in Oyster Bay Harbor. Use it if you're spending a day or evening in Oyster Bay. The mooring designation is "CB-22" and is clearly marked on the buoy. The mooring is located in the Oyster Bay mooring field, East of the fairway leading to the Commander Oil Dock (large fuel tanks on shore).

This is a 250 lb. mushroom anchor and the mooring is maintained and inspected in accordance with the O.B. mooring regulations. Please use the mooring frequently to keep the pennants clean! There is no fee.

If two or more Glen Cove Yacht Club members show up, rafting is encouraged.

Note that Launch Service to and from shore is not included in our mooring permit, so bring a dinghy. You may tie a dinghy on the float at the Oyster Bay Yacht Service when making visits ashore. If you require Launch Service you will need to take a Guest Mooring and pay the applicable fee.

For those of you who use a satellite to know your position on the earth, the Latitude and Longitude coordinates shown above may be programmed into your GPS to guide you to the mooring's approximate location.
